Shopping Policies

DG Creations was started with all Handmade Jewellery creations & now expanded to Hand Picked creations. We do not have a fixed shop & only sell online & sometimes through Jewellery Exhibitions.

How to shop online: You have to mail us the product name & quantity on dgcreations82@gmail.com along with the address for delivery & your contact no. Alternatively you can also text on 9833708544 your email id & address for delivery. 

We will send you an  E-Invoice. It will contain our Bank Information & your total order value. Once we receive clear payment in the account, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. (Normally it is dispatched on the same day, except for Bank or National holidays) 

We will also notify you the tracking no.

Currently we ship only in India.

Payment Methods: We do not accept 'Cash on Delivery'. 

Only Credit Card/Net Banking method of payment are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our E-shop cannot be cancelled once placed.

Return Policy: We follow 'No Returns Policy' except in following conditions:

1. Product was damaged or had defects upon delivery.

2. Wrong product was shipped.

Further conditions for return:

a. All items must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).

c. To return an item, please email to hrdarshana@gmail.com and you will get instructions for return from us.

d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.

e. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.

Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to deliver product within 14 working days, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.

Shipping Policy: Our products are delivererd within 14 working days. We have FREE shipping all over India.
